We received the following note a few days ago. There are a LOT of veterans living at this facility, so we are treating this as a HOTH Mission.

I work at the Bonell Good Samaritan retirement facility in Greeley have been ask to organize a bike rally by the activities department. It will take place Saturday, August 14th from 0930 until 1030. Bonell is located at the corner of 8th Avenue and 22nd Street. 8th Avenue is also US 85 business route. The plan is to stage at the McDoanld's restaurant just south of the facility on 8th Avenue by 0900 with KSU at at 0915. We will then ride through various parking lots on the facility ending up in the Regency Apartments parking lot where we put our bikes on display for the residents to see. We plan to have a color guard post the colors. Riders can interact with the residents as they choose. Refreshments are being furnished by Bonell. Many of the residents are quite excited to see this show, so I hope we have a good turn out. Other groups that have been contacted are the VFW Warriors, the CMA, and the Greeley HOG group.
