Two Grand Junction men missing in Carbon County, Utah

Two Grand Junction men are missing from a man camp in Carbon County, Utah, and their families are frantically searching for them. The missing men were working on the gas pipeline being installed through that region.

Colorado PGR rider Kent Anderson, from Grand Junction, CO, is a relative of one of the missing men.He has asked if the Utah Patriot Guard could post the need for volunteers to join in the search for Mark Widegren and Brian Axe.

The search started today at 0900 AM at the Wal-Mart in Price, UT.The area that seems to be of concern is the "Nine Mile Canyon" area just SE of Price. The local SAR team has already started.

For information about volunteering, please contact Andy Nack, at 970-260-9431. The base of operations is at the Sheriffs Dept located at 240West Main in Price. Keep these families in your thoughts.

This mission is a stand down. We have been asked to stand down. Thanks to those that helped...

Unfortunately, these two gentlemen were found today, deceased, in their vehicle. The Jeep was found crashed in a canyon. Prayers and condolences to the families.
