Hi, ya'll. Just finished the studio version of a new song called, "Not Today". The link is www.richowenmusic.com . Please know that I understand the "It's not about us" sentiment of the PGR. I wrote this earlier in 2011, prior to joining the PGR myself, to show my appreciation (I'm ex-military myself, and appreciate more than words can express what the PGR does and stands for). I hope you enjoy it.
I also hope that if you like the song you'll share the link with others of like mind. Thanks, and Happy New Year.

Rich, I tried to find the song on your site, no luck.

Hi, Paul. On the main webpage, http://www.richowenmusic.com , it's on the far right side, under the "Now Playing" heading, third song down. If for some reason your browser's having trouble displaying the music player, try http://www.reverbnation.com/richowenmusic , in the middle column under "Songs". Hope that works. I'll have it up at a couple more sites in a day or two, if neither of those works for you. Thanks, and hope you enjoy it.

I love it, must have listened at least 4 times today. I couldn't stop humming it. When my wife and I got home, I let her listen to it. During the song, I was singing along. She says to me, "how do you know the words already"?

Thanks, everyone, for their kind words. Eagle-Rider, that's probably about the nicest compliment I've got in a long time. Hoping to get a music video made soon, as well. Ya'll take care, now.

Rich, I've listened to "Not Today", for pass three days and, brother, it puts a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye. Thank You, for those beautiful works of assurance to the families of our Fallen Brothers and the members of the Patriot Guard Riders.

Rich, as has been said, Thank You for serving this country, your understanding of those of us in the guard that want to be sure that those who are serving, those who have served, those who have fallen and their families will be given the dignity and honor for their sacrifice, and now your service to your brothers and sisters in the Patriot Guard. A moving tribute!!
