2nd annual ssgt. Justin l. Bauer
memorial golf tournamentTournament Info:
When: Monday, August 16th, 2010
Where: Highland Meadows Golf Course
Time: 8:00 a.m. Shotgun Start
Cost: $360 per team / $90 per person (individuals will be paired to form 4 person teams)
Tickets: Each team may purchase 2 mulligans at $5 each (optional). No refunds will be given for tickets
Format: 4 Person Scramble
Breakfast will be provided. Prizes at the golf course will be distributed following the tournament
All Proceeds go to the Justin L. Bauer Scholarship Fund
Prizes awarded for:
1st Place Longest Putt
2nd Place Closest to the Pin
3rd Place Longest Drive

Please leave the player’s name(s), information for one main contact, and your plans for payment in the message/email.
Payment Info:
Full Payment will be due no later than August 1st, 2010 and will be accepted in the form of cash or check only. Please make checks out to the SSGT. Justin L. Bauer Memorial Golf Tournament, attention Travis or Scott, and mail to Berthoud Fire Department, PO Box 570, Berthoud, CO 80513 or drop off at 275 Mountain Avenue, Berthoud, CO 80513. Prior to final payment due date, a minimum deposit of $180.00 can be made to reserve your teams spot, and $45 for an individual.
Sponsorships:
Last year we were incredibly successful in raising funds while having a GREAT time. Because of the supporters who came to have a blast playing golf, we were able to help someone else’s life in the name of our beloved, Justin Bauer. Please help us in continuing this tradition, all the while having a ball with friends, food and golf!!
If anyone is interested in sponsoring a hole, the cost will be $50. The sponsorship will be advertised on the golf cart screen at the determined hole for your business or personal message. All proceeds will go towards the scholarship fund.
