On July 30, 2019, US Army and Vietnam Veteran, Ken Brown, was very seriously injured in a car crash near Steamboat Springs. Ken was helping a friend relocate a car from Steamboat Springs to Kentucky. He suffered a broken pelvis, two broken hips, two broken arms, a broken foot, among other injuries. He was transported via Flight for Life to Denver. He has undergone surgeries to help repair some of the damage.

Ken is currently in a Rehabilitation Facility in Westminster. He resides in room 334 at the Center at Northridge, 12285 North Pecos Street, Westminster. I have stopped by for visits a couple of times, this week. He is up for visitors if you are so inclined. Last Sunday, I arrived just as he was being wheeled away for physical therapy. Although, his home is in Kentucky, he has had periodic visits from his family and friends. I would recommend that you call him prior to your visit. The phone number for the Center at Northridge is 303-280-4444.

I posted this with a date of November 1st so that it would stay on our calendar until then. Ken has told his Doctors and Therapists that he has personally set that date for his release and return to his home in Kentucky.
